You are free to use the textures for any project, private or commercial for small companies. If you run a business and have more than 10 employees but less than 100 you have to set a backlink to smashill.com, big corparate companies (>100 employees or several million $$ of income per year) are not allowed to use the textures without my permission at all.
It’s not allowed to redistribute or resale the works, nor to claim they are yours.
