You are free to use the textures for any project however you like if you are a private person or a small company/freelancer.
Big corparate companies (>100 employees or several million $$ of annual profit) are not allowed to use the textures without my permission at all.
It’s not allowed to redistribute or resale the works, nor to claim you created them.
